The website was created on the 18th of December 2006 by Jordan MacLeod in an attempt to bring as many of the followers of the Scottish National Football Team in Australia together but also welcoming all supporters of the World Game here down under.

The Scottish football fans are known as the World's Friendliest Fans, as awarded in France during the 1998 World Cup, and have won numerous awards over the years from both FIFA and UEFA for their combination of rabid support and friendly nature.

Being part of the Tartan Army Down Under is not only about the website, we are hoping to create an exclusive club that are dedicated to the following:

Minimum Of 50 Members In Each Of The 7 States And Territories

Create The Tarstan Army Down Under Fc (And State Teams)

Organised Events Held In Each State On The Same Day
